Why can I still see completed or cancelled projects?

I've marked several projects completed or cancelled in `Project Information`
in MSP and i've removed them from Project Centre in PWA, but when I go to
open a project from the server in MSP I can still see and open them.

I don't want people to beable to go into these projects so how do I remove
them from there?

I`m using 2003 if this helps

Ok i've just realised I can delete them.

One of teh projects can't be deleted until all then unpublised versions are
deleted. I can't see any unpublised versions....HELP!

Refer to the following FAQ carefully and compare it with your archiving
process:

From your description, it sounds like your archiving process is incomplete.

Well, do you want to delete these completed projects or archive them? If
you still need to see the historical data in the projects, but merely hide
the projects from your project managers and team members, you should archive
the projects rather than deleting them. In my previous post, I gave you the
link to our FAQ on how to archive completed projects using a methodology we
developed. Let us know.
