Why can some people print reports and others can't...

I have a reports database linked to my tables database. Some of our
employees moved from one office to another and now they can't print the
reports that they have printed before. Even when I go to the Database Window
and try to print the report from there, it doesn't work. How do I fix this?

This question gets asked and answered regularly here. A quick search might
have found an issue with the users either not having a default printer
selected in the Windows Control Panel or similar.

I'll try to do another search but I'm not sure what to search for as I'm not
really sure what the problem is...an employee can print one report from the
switchboard page, but then can't print the next report on the same
switchboard page. And, she printed reports this morning and now can't print
reports this afternoon. Also, if the default printer is the same for all
reports, why is she able to print one report but not the other...and I can't
even open the report in design view from her machine. Could it be because of
multiple users in both databases? I appreciate your help.

Well, it appears that once I modified the path on their shortcut and
rebooted, everything worked ok...thanks for the reply.
