Why can`t I use my office program?

My icons are gone...my program won`t load...and when I go to my control panel
and try to repair or remove my office program it tells me that :
the feature that you are trying to use is on a network resourse that is
unavailable.
It tells me to look for the installation package 511735.MAINSP1op.msp
Can someone please help me to resolve this problem?

2003 student and teacher edition
windows xp
I`ve tried but it won`t let me...can`t repair, can`t uninstall, can`t
reinstall with original disks.
