Why can't i access my works 6.0 or MN picture It Publisher since .

I installed Office 2003 Pro, afterwhich I can no longer open my Works 6.0 or
picture It publisher. When I click to open works 6.0 I get a dialogue box
telling me it can't display EULA and tells me to reinstall it . I do but
nothing changes. When I attempt to run Picture It publishing the program
opens but the page is white with no images. I tried reinstalling it too but
still no change. I am told that there are issues with the works 6.0 and
office 2003 but I can't seem to resolve it.

I've got the same problem but in reading the ms article 255875, it says to
insert CD version of Works which I don't have since it came loaded on my
computer. any ideas?
