Why can't I access Outlook Express email - drops the line

Shirley

Please can someone assist me with my email program - I may have unclicked or
clicked something I shouldn't have - I've been using outlook express to
access emails and for some unknown reason in the last 2 months I've not been
able to stay logged on to the internet once I'm in outlook express. I can't
even download a message; it just disconnects immediately. I also have
Incredimail email program which works perfectly as does any other internet
web page.
Any suggestions please?
Thanks

This group, as per its name, is for Outlook, not for Outlook EXPRESS.
Outlook is a component of the MS Office suite. Outlook Express is
bundled with Internet Explorer. Ask questions about OE in a group for
OE. If you can't manage to find the OE groups using the
webnews-for-dummies interface, use a real NNTP client, like OE, Forte
Agent, XNews, Dialog, etc., to connect to Microsoft's free NNTP server
(msnews.microsoft.com) where searching for groups may be a lot easier
for you, plus you'll have LOTS more robust features in real NNTP client.
