Why can't I click any hyperlinks in my emails?

I used to be able to click any hyperlinks that would be embedded in any of my
emails using Outlook 2007. I just recently installed Norton 360 and now I
can't click the hyperlinks. When I click it I get a message that states,
"This operation has been cancelled do to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator."

Where are the settings to correct this?

You kind of already answered you question. Norton 360 may be the reason.
Check with it and them.

This is a browser error, not an Outlook error.

I have exactly the same problem following installation of some recommended
software updates from MSoft and HP. Problem is, I don't know which update
caused the change or where to go to change the setting. I feel your pain!!

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm for the latest
information
