Why can't I click on links in my email?

[Confused]

when I click on links in my email...I get error message: This operation has
been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact
your system administrator. Checked everything. Now when I reply to emails I
receive an undeliverable error message...could reply yesterday and I have for
months. Now what?
