I have been using OneNote for years. In 2003, I was able to have the note
containers highlighted, allowing me to see the structure of my ink notes.
I was able to do this real-time, while in slate mode. If I had it correct
anything, I could combine paragraphs, etc, with the provided tools, just
using my pen. I extensively used note flags.
Now, with 2007, I feel I am being forced to the keyboard if I want
control. The Ink parser is clever, but never 100%. I can't rely on my
tags, because I don't always make time it correct things after the fact. I
have tried it learn the lightly documented "rules" of the parser, but I am
burnt out...I am unquestionably less productive with ON 2007 than I was with
2003.
Is there an Add-in that will return pen-based control to me?
Am I an orphan on this issue?
