why can't I download a resume template?

I want to download a template for a warehouse/forklift resume. I'm using Word
2003, but my computer is a Dell Vista. How can I get this template to
download?

If the template says it's for Word 2007, you can't.

The file says Office 97 or later. It shouldn't have anything to do with Vista.
Can you accept the ActiveX control?
