Why cant I edit data input into Form after Print button selected?

I have setup a Form in an Access mdb that is used by multiple users for data
entry / capture. Within this form i have setup a Command Button to Print
Record.

However once the Print Record Command Button is selected I am unable to add
/ edit any data that has been input into the Form.

How can i resolve this problem?

Note - within this Form I have setup the following restrictions:
Allow Edits - No
Allow Deletions - No
Data Entry - Yes
Record Selectors - No
Navigation Buttons - No

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Hi

You can't edit any data because you have selected 'Allow Edits - No'.
Change it to Yes.

That's what Data Entry set to Yes does; limits the form to only accepting NEW
Records!
