I have just down loaded Office Standard 2007 trial and I can see Excel 2007,
Word 2007 and PPowerpoint 2007 in the program list but no Outlook 2007
Only 1 instance of Outlook can be installed at a time (unlike the other
components of Office, like Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). The trial
is protecting you from losing your e-mails.
If all you want to do is trial Office 2007 then why pollute your
production platform (the hardware/software setup you use for everyday
work)? Instead get VirtualPC and run Office inside of a virtual
machine. You don't even need another license for Windows to run as a
guest. Microsoft provides a trial of Windows Vista plus Office 2007
Enterprise (but you probably want to do a custom install since you
probably won't need and cannot use everything in the Enterprise
edition).

(I think this includes a trial of Office 2007)
