Why can't I forward email with the photos and images?

When I receive emails with graphics and animations and photos in the body of
the email, when I forward the email, no pictures or images are being sent.
What do I need to do to make this work? I'm confused, and frustrated.

I have a brand new computer, and feel that I have my Outlook set up
incorrectly. Appreciate the answer to my problem.
