Recently I started having problems installing the latest updates for
Microsoft Office pro 2003. I have tried to install the latest updates
manually and still no joy. The message I get is that the program cannot be
applied. I have turned off my Antivirus and done all sorts of things and no
joy. Durring one problem I downloaded the Fullfile version of the update from
the web and when my version was checked to see if it was valid I was told
that it had been blocked by Microsoft. I have no idea as to why this was done
as the version I have is valid and has been activated by Microsoft when I
first installed it earlier this year.
However I do not think that this is the reason because I had a similar
problem with one update relating to Outlook express before the program was
blocked. It appears that only after uninstalling my Antivirus did it install
correctly.
My ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM IS KASPERSKY 2006
