Why can't I install Office 2003 SP2?

After installation of Microsoft Office Proffesional 2003 I did the Microsoft
Update, and it downloaded two items.

1) Junk Filter (KB905648)
2) OTKLOADR (DB907417)

I've been running well for a few days and decided to check out the Microsoft
Office site to check it out and did an upgrade search and it shows that there
is an SP2 install, but I can't seem to download it, it's grayed out.

I DL'd the 'administrator' version and tried applying the SP that way, but
it starts to install but a dialog pops up that says 'This update cannot be
applied'.

Any help would be appreciated!

I've solved the problem by downloading the administrator full installation
patch for this product.
