Why can't I open a Visio 2003 file within my IE 6.0 SP2?

I'm getting a "page cannot be displayed" message when I try to open a Visio
2003 file within my IE 6.0 SP2 browser. I seem to be able to open all other
file formats except Visio. I've checked my browser settings and everything
appears to be set correctly. Is there something I'm missing, perhaps a Visio
setting that I can't find?
