A while ago my email decided to not let me open or send .doc files - I can
send/open all other types of files but not .doc files. Have tried to get an
answer from my hosting company but no luck. I get a dialogue box saying that
I can't create file and to right-click the folder I want to create the file
in to check the permissions. I don't want to create the file in a folder,
but have checked all the folders anyway - all permissions are set to 'owner'
without any restrictions. To send a .doc file, I have to go to the directory
on my network where it is, and right-click it there to send via email. To
open a .doc file I have to go to my outlook web access and open it from
there. Both ways are pain. Does anyone have any ideas?
