You can save the HTML file from your browser and open that in Word, or
(other way round) try to open the URL to your yahoo account directly in
Word (File | Open dialog).
I have seen this question several times recently. I don't know the answer so
I went and tried it and I had no trouble pasting a simple e-mail body from
Yahoo to either Word 2003 or 2007 but, like pasting any other web page, it
can be very slow. What exactly are you copying - an e-mail body, or more?
Hello Tony
I highlighted about 6 lines of an e-mail text message sent to me, right
clicked, hit copy, opened a new word doc, right clicked and hit paste, then
waited a few minutes before getting an error message.
I have the same problem
Somewhere (and I don't see it now) somebody gave the advise of copying it
and pasting it in "special paste" and it works, in every kind of 'special
paste' yet I prefer it with plain pasting (not rtf and not htm).
Thanks to whoever gave me the hint.
