Why can't I print emails?

I recently installed Outlook 2003 on my Compaq laptop but I can't print any
e-mails. I can print from word, excel, etc. but not Outlook. It shows me
error 1343 each time I click the print icon or go to file print. I have
tried to reinstall the app but it didn't help. Please help.
