Why can't I reply to a message in Outlook?

My reply, forward and copy funtion in Outlook seems to be disabled. I can't
even go to tools and options to figure out what's wrong. All I know is a
screen kept telling me that I had to reset my time on the computer and ever
since then I can't do anything with received mail. Any help?
