Why can't I right click an email address in email to create new business contact?

To start with.....

Yes I do have BCM installed!
I'm using Outlook 2007 and BCM

If I right click on an email address in an email I get the choice to create
a new contact which part files the contact information in.

Is there anyway to get the choice to create a new business contact in the
same way?
