Why cant I see changes made by a collegue in a onenote document?

We share a notebook on a sharepoint server. However, changes made by my
collegue cant be seen by me. He can see mine and his changes even after
synchronization but I cannot see any changes made by him.

We both use onenote 2007 but mine was in professional version.

Could somebody perhaps answer this or redirect me to some source of

I know next to nothing about SharePoint.
Have you tried asking this question on a SharePoint list? Could it be
permissions on the SharePoint server?

Do you have SP1 installed for OneNote?

Yes! I have it installed. I will check with my partner and get back to
this forum when I have the answer from him.

Thanks!

SharePoint is not a great platform for OneNote sharing.  Do you and your
partner have access to a plain 'old Windows fileshare by any chance?
That would be more efficient/cleaner.

I thought sharepoint was made for that purpose... but anyway. A
Windows fileshare - do you mean shareing locally at our office? The
whole point of my question is that our team would like to be
independent of where and when we want to acces our data. So - do you
mean that we need to set up a server locally to share the files? Will
it then be accesible from anywhere easily from within onenote? If not,
we would rather work with paper...

In short: What is the best/cheapest way to share our onenote documents
so that they can be accesible from anywhere using onenote?
(I cant believe that microsoft didnt manage to solve this yet...)

We did try Office Live Business light version... but thats the same as
sharepoint...

Mattias
