Why can't I see my graphics in a draft view of my word 2007 report

When I am moving between Print and Draft View in Word I can not see the
graphic or position in the Draft View. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Draft view in Word 2007 document format does not support the display of
graphics - switch back to Print Layout or save the document as Word97-2003
format.
