why cant I see the any tables in the linked table manager

Hi,
I am trying to upgrade an access database written in 97 to 2003. It has
linked tables to another access database. I was able to convert the access
database with out any problem. But when I tried to relink it to the converted
data file (which I called name_2003.mdb) I cannot see any tables in the
linked table manager!
Why is that?
Is it a new access 2003 security feature or something very obvious I am
missing.

Thanks in advance

It's a bug.

BUG: List of currently linked tables may not appear in
Linked Table Manager Wizard in a database in Access 2003:

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=835519

And some info by someone at Microsoft:I have seen this issue when re-registering Accwiz.dll does not work you will
need to manually change the below registry key and make sure it's pointing
to the correct file

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\ACCWIZ.DLL

HKey_Classes_Root\TypeLib\{5B87B6F0-17C8-11D0-AD41-00A0C90DC8D9}\8.0\0\win32
\(Default)

I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
respond back to this posting.
