Why can't I see the picture in my header?

I have our company logo in the header. I can see it upon opening the
document, but if I scroll down just enough to cover the logo, and then scroll
back up - it is no longer visible! By the same token, the logo cannot be
viewed in the print preview either...though it is still there (if I go to
'view header, or double click in the header, I can see it there). Even my IT
guy has struggled to find the problem with this..we even looked into the
video driver to see if there was a problem there. PLEASE HELP!

Disappearing graphics may be attributable to the graphics driver with recent
ATI display adapters and the Intel® 82915G/82910GL Express Chipset Family
causing particular problems. There are new drivers available from the
manufacturers that fix the problem.

Make sure you are using the latest driver, then if the problem persists, try
reducing the display's hardware acceleration.

An inabilty to display graphics in print preview or to print them is usually
caused by a missing check from tools > options > print > drawing objects.

Reducing the hardware acceleration did the trick! My IT guy said to say
thanks...and I thank you very much for your help!
