Why can't i send and recieve email

Iv'e had my email address for a year and still haven't figured out how to
send and recieve email how do i set my computer in order to do so

I am pressuming you have Outlook installed. Open Outlook from your desktop
or Start menu.

It should then take you through instructions on-screen, which will enable
you to set up your email.

You will need your user name and password and email address all supplied by
your ISP. You will also need pop3 and smtp settings if your ISP is using
that. All this information should have been supplied by your ISP.

Hi Melissa,

You'll need to obtain the server settings for your email from the provider
(most likely will be provided on the website or call them) and set it up in
your Outlook. This is ofcourse presuming that they allow POP or IMAP access.
Many email providers are "web-based" only for free users. You may want to
figure that out as well.
