Why can't I send to certain recipients?

I always get this message from "System Administrator" when trying to send
emails to anyone who doesn't have the same utk.edu email address:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Updates
Sent: 2/23/2005 4:17 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'Name of Who I sent it to' on 2/23/2005 4:17 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.


I only have one email account and it only successfully sends from outlook
when the email address I'm sending to has the same address ending that I do
(utk.edu)

Are you correctly authenticating to your outgoing server?
