Why can't I update Onenote 2003 to SP2?

I've bought a new Toshiba laptop with Onenote pre-installed - every time i
try to update to SP 2 it fails - HELP?!! I've tried the registry fix thing on
the microsoft site?

What's the error you get, or what happens when you try to perform the
upgrade?

Thanks for the reply. It downloads the updates for Office and then installs.
I then get a page confirming all successful updates and also saying
'Installation Unsuccessful - Onenote 2003 Service Pack 2 (english Version)'
It then offers me to send an error report to microsoft???
