Why contents of meeting are replaced with "localfreebusy"

We have been using outlook 2000 & shareing the calender through net folder.
Suddenly the meeting created on the client side is being replaced with
"freebusylocal" and after sometime meeting is being delete automatically.
Pl. tell what is to be done to rectify this problem.
