I have pasted your response below....which you posted to another thread.
Haste makes waste they say....and that appears to be what happened to you
with your page insertion problem.
Assuming that you use Pub 2003, and you have a 3 page document and want to
insert a 4th page, that is the same as page 3, then Insert > Page. On the
Insert Page dialogue, you have the option of checking the "Add hyperlink to
navbars", then click More. The insert Page dialogue pops up, you select
After current Page, and under options, you check Duplicate all objects on
page and then you type in which page you want to duplicate.
Slow down, and make sure you leave the Insert blank pages option checked.
And don't rename the pages until you have all the pages you want, then go
back and rename them if you want.

-------------
I created pages 4-12 by using the copy objects from page 3, then page 4,
etc.
When I checked, there was nothing on pages 4-10, then pages 11 and 12 were
okay.
I tried again today, making sure to insert the name of the page on each
page, hoping that would work, but when I went to the next page, the
information from the previous page was inserted on the new page.
The first 3 pages had familiar page titles like Home, About US, Contact Us,
but my other pages had unique titles.
