Why did retriving mail from all acounts stop working?

I had to reload outlook 2003 nad used to just click on send/receive. Now it
immediately states operation failed. I have to retrieve my 3 accounts
separately and it works individually. What do I reset to do it with just one
clidk?

Look in tools | Send Receive | Send Receive Settings | Define Send Receive
Groups.
You might need to recreate or enable an "All Accounts" group. Note to check
"include this group in send/receive (F9)"

Hi. I encountered the same problem. However, when I followed your advice
and clicked on "Define Send/Receive Groups", the program does absolutely
nothing.

Can you offer advice? I need to get this working! Thanks.

Now what?

Did you find a resolution? I am having the same problem and before this
morning everything was working okay?? Now it appears messages are sent but I
can't get anything in my inbox.
