Why did the stream object created by myself in a word docfile missed when I execute the command of S

I deal with the structrue of a docfile.I created one stream object in a word
document.But I found this stream will miss when I execute the command of
Save As.I don't know the reason.What's the principle of MSWord's Saving?
Another queation is whether MSWord has provided the interface of after save
event,and if has,what's the interface? Now I can only capture the
DocumentBeforeSave interface.But my purpose is to creat the relevancy
between the document's name before save and the name after save.How can I
do?
