Why do copies print skewed?

When I print from my computer, copies are fine. However, if I just copy a
document (a HP Officejet 7410 All in One) from the glass, it prints out
skewed. Has anyone else experienced this problem please?

Is is printouts from OneNote which cause this behavior? You may have
better luck in one of the mshardware groups, or even an HP-specific forum.
