Why do headers only print from Outlook 2003?

I have an opposite problem then most. Some want to remove headers but I am
having a problem where I can only print headers through Outlook. Internal
e-mails are having this issue. Only the header prints on anything that is
sent from
internal users. No one else has this issue. Printer drivers are a
non-factor since I tried it on 3 different printers. The attached printer is
an HP K80 All-In-One. Your help would be appreciated, I have Office 2003
installed.
