why do I get an error "Classfactory cannot supply requested class.

I recently installed Endnote 6.0 and new toolbar appeared in the Word. When I
try to press any of those buttons I get an error message "Classfactory cannot
supply requested class". I am XP Pro and Office 2003 as my operating system
and word processor respectively.

Sounds like the code in your Endnotes is messed up?
