why do i get "delete block" every time i delete in word?

whenever we go to delete text from any document, there appears on the bottom
left : delete block (yes / no) . I cannot continue without replying to this.
I do not get this on my other PC ? Why must I reply in order to delete
anything from any document? I even tried creating a short sentence & deleting
a word from it & the same thing happened?????

In Word, click on Tools | Options | General | uncheck the two
boxes for WordPerfect help and navigation | OK.

checkboxes. Any idea where to go next?

Have you personally observed the behavior to see if it is the
same as described, and have you personally confirmed that the
Options settings were changed?

Go look at your user's computer. The only way Word gets this behavior is
through those options.
