Why do I get Error starting MS Help

Suddenly I am getting Error starting MS Help when I try to click on the
outlook 2003 help menu. I can't update microsoft or open attachments on
emails of any kind. I have Outlook 2003, Windows XP and ZoneLabs Security
Suite 6.1
