why do I get permission denied message?

I was trying to upload pages to a subdomain and I accidently deleted my
entire website from the internet. Now when I try to upload my pages to the
internet I keep getting a message"550 Permission Denied"
Does anyone know why this is happening and how can I fix it.? I am desperate.

You need to contact your web host as sounds like you delete a file that control access.
