Often when I have a Word document I am working on , and I misspell a word or
make a typo, that word will become underlined. By right clicking on that
underlined incorrect word I should see a list of choices to correct the word.
Typical spell checker operation.
In some cases with my documents, right clicking on an underlined misspelled
word brings up my Signature block as if I have right clicked on the Signature
to change the choice of signatures. I have a default signature, and four
other signatures I use for various letters. The signature block may be two
paragraphs down the page from where I am attempting to correct the red
underlined misspelled word.
How do I get Word to understand that I need to correct spelling not change
Signatures.
If you know the answer would you please send me an email rather than posting
in this forum.
