why do i get the message Installing: Microsoft Excel feature...

everytime i start excel i get a message saying installing: microsoft excel
feature but i thought i set it up so that features i wanted were installed
and the others weren't installed at all. i've gone thru setup several times
and i still get this message every single time i open excel.

Rob, I don't know the answer because I am havinng the same problem. It came
about after I had to re-install Microsoft Ofc XP.

If you install the service pack your problem will be gone!

Oh really... I've got Excel 2003 (11.8033.8036) SP2, and it occurs any time I
run Excel under a non-Admin account. Doesn't matter if I elevate the account
to Admin, run Excel, then demote the account to PowerUser, the problem still
occurs.
