Why do I get this error msg: WINWORD.exe Exception: access violation (0xc000000

when you insert a Hyperlink:
I browse to the file then click ok and I get this message:


An application error has occurred and an application error
log is being generated.
WINWORD.exe Exception: access violation (0xc0000005),
Address: 0x306eed2d
I try reinstalling word97 also service pack.
This problem happens in windows NT 4 Machine

what can I do to fix this?

IIRC this is caused by a corrupt file in either the Temporary Internet
files or History folder. Clearing the History and Temporary Internet
files typically resolves the problem.
