Why do i have to pay anything to upgrade to office 2007 small bus

I served 2 years in viet nam and i am 100 & disabled. My Doctors want me to
keep my mind business. Well because i am on a very low fixed income i can not
afford continuiously up grading my office program. This realy discuss me to
even have to send this to ya... Jim...

I wonder why I have to pay anything when I want to buy a new car.
Why did my plumber have to charge me for installing the new hot water
heater?

I served one year in Vietnam, and am 59. I don't know of any Vietnam vets
who are 100.
I am also on a fixed income. My employer pays me just so much per year.
