why do i keep getting a security warning-unknown publisher in acc.

we upgraded to windows xp and now my microsoft access will not open i get the
following messages: security warning, unknown publisher, type micrsoft access
application. then I click open and I get the this error:

microsoft access cannot open this file, file is located outside your
intranet or an untrusted site. microsoft access will not open the file due
to potential security problems. To open this file copy it to your machine or
an accessible network location. I 've tried to copy the access file to my
computer and open it and then resave it back on the network but still won't
open back up the network.
