When I go to update my Office 2003, the required updates ask for my Office
2000 CD, Why?

Hi Bob,
MS Office 2000 series products tended to have programs included that are no longer in Office 2003, and MS Works Suite has a
standalone MS Word copy. There may still be a 2000 series Microsoft products listed in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control
panel. If so, the updates for the 2000 series will be offered.
