Why do I need to migrate from 2003 to 2007?

Please, help me to find a hard subject that permits to move us (my
organization) from MSProject Server 2003 to MSProject Server 2007.

I'm working well with P2003 but, its product lifecycle finish is near?

Thanks for any comment.
