Why do I only get the file name when I try to insert a clipart im

When I try to insert a graphic or picture from Word 2003 I am only getting
the file name (example: MCj02419230000[1].wmf) in my document. When I right
click on the image and go to properties it says that it is off the clip art
office on line. I use to be able to insert these graphics all the time and
now this is what I get. I can still download pictures and graphics from
Microsoft Online without any problems. Does anyone have any suggestions?
