Why do meetings shift one hour upon DST

All my meetings, repeating or stand alone, shifted one hour later (larger)
when Daylight savings time came on. This happend in reverse in the fall. At
that time I changed my clock setting to not change automatically when DST
changes. How can I correct this problem
