why do my holidays run from am to am

Holidays and birthdays (inserted by Plaxo) run from 3 AM one day to 3 AM the
next day. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Check your daylight savings time as well as time zone in both Outlook,
Windows and perhaps Plaxo, if they have that option.
