Why do my row heights change when I close the Workbook (2007)?

I use the wrap feature when entering lengthier text into my spreadsheet. As
a result, my row heights change. I go through the Workbook, adjust all my
row heights, Save, and when I re-open the Workbook the next day, the row
heights need adjusting again (text is hidden). Is anyone else experiencing
this or am I doing something wrong?
