Why do previously saved OFT's Open with blank body Using OF03 SP2

After applying Office 2003 SP2, I am unable to view previously saved Outlook
Template files (OFT's). All I see is a "blank" email page. Any help in
finding a solution to this new and strange problem would be mostly
appreciated.

You will likely get a better answer if you post this question to the
