Why do the pictures print upside down?

When I print a document from Word, the pictures and charts are printed upside
down or backwards; even though they look fine on the the screen. Any
suggestions?

i downloaded the updates and tried to turn on the registry key but it said it
couldn't find any of the registry keys listed. Also, the pictures are still
printing upside down.
